With Julie Geary
Everybody loves a sweet, gooey cinnamon roll either with Thanksgiving dinner or as sweet breakfast treats around the holidays. The time consuming part of making homemade rolls is the dough. You would probably make the sweet dough from scratch the night before but fortunately there are ways to buy the dough already made. Julie Geary will show you how to make these quick and easy Pecan Cinnamon Rolls by buying the packaged refrigerated cinnamon rolls and doctoring them with brown sugar honey and of course pecans.
When you make this version of a cinnamon pecan roll you want are baking them "upside down," and when finished baking you flip the pan in order to remove them, and they come out right side up. This means putting the top of the cinnamon muffin down onto the bottom of the muffin cup instead of right side up. These packaged cinnamon rolls probably have icing on top as well as the cinnamon flavoring, and this just adds to the gooey sweet taste.
Once they are baked, place a baking sheet over them and flip upside down and serve while warm.
