With Julie Geary

This is a perfectly bright and slightly tart dressing to serve with the salmon or any other seafood dish. The base is sour cream to which is added finely chopped red onion, capers, fresh chopped dill and fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Ingredients

1 container sour cream (about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons red onion, diced
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
Juice of 1 lemon, fresh squeezed

Instructions

1. Chop the onion into small dices.
2. In a mixing bowl,  mix all ingredients and squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

Let sit for at least an hour in the refrigerator before using. Make ahead, wrap and store until ready to use.
